Pick-up: When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, contact MDS / Zurich using the toll-free number 0 800 700 201 from an airport public phone. You will be picked up and taken to pick up your vehicle (5 km drive). You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance. Should you change flights, you must warn MDS / Zurich at 043 500 4204 from Switzerland (+41 43 500 4204 outside of Switzerland).

Drop-off: Make an appointment by phone 72 hours in advance at 043 500 4204 from Switzerland (+41 43 500 4204 outside of Switzerland). You will be returned to the airport in a shuttle bus. MDS / Zurich – Grindelstrasse 8 – 8303 Bassersdorf (near Rotronic) You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 72 hours in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Zurich airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance with MDS / Zurich.

How to get there for the drop-off: By train: from Zurich town center, Hauptbahnhof station. Get off at the air terminal B at the airport. By car: From Zurich: take highway A 4 directionWinterthur, Schaffausen, Kloten Airport. Exit at exit 64 Bern, Basel,Airport then at exit 63 Bulach,Airport.Take highway A 50 for 5 km until exit 5 Kloten Airport and follow directions to Bassersdorf via Steinacker Str. Important: as a landmark, the MDS / Zurich center is located near the ROTRONIC building.
