Pick-up: As soon as you arrive, contact BTV using the toll-free number 0 800 881 831 from an airport public phone.The around-the-clock POE representative will take your call and tell you the meeting place where they will pick you up in the Peugeot Open Europe shuttle bus. Pick-up only based on flight information or by appointment confirmed 48 hours in advance. In case of a change, you must inform BTV in advance.

Drop-off: Make an appointment by phone 4 business days in advance by calling BTV. Drop-off only by appointment confirmed 4 business days in advance. BlancTransportVéhicules (BTV) – Allée Saint-Exupéry – 31700 Blagnac (at Budget) The Peugeot Open Europeshuttle will take you back to the airport.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. by calling 05 34 51 33 56 from France (on +33 5 34 51 33 56 outside of France).

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs atToulouse airport are handled seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance. No pick-up or drop-off between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.

How to get there for the drop-off: By car: from Toulouse, take highway A621 and then departmental road D902 towards the Airport, then follow the parking P5 or aviation civile (civil aviation) signs.The Blanc TransportVéhicules centre (BTV) is located after the 3rd roundabout, on the left (opposite Hertz).
