Pick-up: Go to the “Arrivals” hall at the exit of the passenger-only area.The Peugeot Open Europe representative will be waiting for you with a Peugeot Open Europe sign. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Drop-off: The information, procedures and formalities required will be provided by telephone when you make the appointment. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends, public holidays and December 24 and 31.
Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Porto airport are handled seven days a week from 5 a.m. to midnight, including weekends and public holidays*, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with PORTO PARIS LDA. No pick-up or drop-off between midnight and 5 a.m. *No pick-up or drop-off on 01/01, 24/12, 25/12 or 31/12.
