Pick-up: Meet in the “Arrivées” (Arrivals) hall. A Peugeot Open Europe representative will be waiting for you with a Peugeot Open Europe sign. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Drop-off: The information, procedures and formalities required will be provided by telephone when you make the appointment. You can only drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Saturday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone on Sundays or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Pau airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

How to get there: By car: national route N 134 (towards Aire-sur-l’Adour), then departemental route D 716 (towards Airport).
