Pick-up: When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, contact MDS / Munich using the toll-free number 0 800 664 5617 from an airport public phone.You will be picked up by a minibus and driven to the MDS / Munich reception center to pick up your vehicle (5 km).The local agent will wait for you for a maximum of one hour after the actual flight arrival time and 30 minutes after the agreed meeting time. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance. In case of a change in flight or meeting time, it is mandatory to contact the local agent so that you will be picked-up.

Drop-off: Make an appointment by phone 72 hours in advance at 069 257 385 652 from Germany (+49 69 257 385 652 outside of Germany). MDS / Munich – Ismaningerstrasse 98 – 85399 Hallbergmoos When you return to the airport in the courtesy shuttle bus, you will be taken as close as possible to the “Departures” area. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Munich airport are handled seven days a week, 24/24 including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with SEA.

How to get there for the drop-off: By car: From Munich: take highway A 9 for 20 km until exit 68 Munich Airport. Follow highway A 93/E 53 for 8 km up to exit 6 Munich Airport,Hallbergmoos and exit at Hallbergmoos.Take ST 2084 and then K 44 for 2 km. Important: the MDS / Munich center is in an isolated building. From Langenpreising: take highway A 92/E 53 toward Munich for 19 km until exit 7 Hallbergmoos, then take K 44 for 4 km. Important: the MDS / Munich center is in an isolated building.
