Pick-up: Go to the “AUTORAPIDO” counter in Hall A near the rental firms area. You can pick up your vehicle 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. only upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Drop-off: Reception is located in car park (Car Rental) on the spaces reserved for Autorapido (first row immediately to the left after the car park entrance). You can drop off your vehicle 7 days a week from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. only with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance.
Appointments can be made by phone: Monday toThursday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or on public holidays.
Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Montpellier airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance with the AUTORAPIDO agency on 04 67 99 92 37 from France (on +33 4 67 99 92 37 outside of France) or on 06 08 02 26 11 from France (on +33 6 08 02 26 11 outside of France).
How to get there: By car: departmental road D 66 (heading towards La Grande-Motte). By tram then bus: from the bus station: take the tram, direction Odysseum, then the shuttle to the airport every 45 minutes.
