Pick-up: Once you have collected your luggage, call the toll-free number 900 712 137 from a public telephone. You will be collected by the ATI shuttle bus and taken to the pick-up center. NB:ATI does not arrange pick-ups for incoming flights between 8:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.The ATI centre is closed on 25th December 2008, and 1st and 6th January 2009. On 24th and 31st December 2008 and 5th January 2009, pick-up is only guaranteed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Drop-off: Go to the ATI reception office 5 km away from the airport. Drop-off office:Auto Turistica Iberica, C/Ingeniero Torres Quevedo 6, 28022 Madrid.When you return to the airport in the courtesy shuttle bus, you will be taken as close as possible to the “Departures” area. NB:ATI does not arrange drop-offs between 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.The ATI centre is closed on 25th December 2008, and 1st and 6th January 2009. Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.
Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Madrid Airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays (note : no deliveries or returns on December 25th 2008, January 1st 2009, and January 6th 2009) upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with ATI. On 24th and 31st December 2008 and 5th January 2009, pick-ups and drop-offs are only guaranteed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
