Pick-up: Upon arriving in the ‘‘Arrivals’’ hall with your luggage, please use the nearest public telephone and dial the free phone number 0 8000 930 830 to contact the Eton Air office.You will then receive precise instructions where to go in order for you to be met by our driver who will bring you to our offices to collect your vehicle (we will normally deliver your vehicle to Gatwick airport). Although not essential, it is extremely helpful if you are able to send us an e-mail confirming your flight details or to request any other arrangements to collect your vehicle before you travel.

Drop-off: Please telephone the free phone number to make an appointment at least four days before the termination date. All returns at Heathrow should be made at our offices: Eton Air, FormerWest Drayton Coal Depot, OffTavistock Road –Yiewsley, Uxbridge UB7 7QU after which we will drive you to your respective airport terminal for departure. We will also drive you to any other location of your choice within a 5 mile (8 km) radius of our offices.
All returns at Gatwick will be made at the airport itself and when telephoning to make an appointment, we will provide precise instructions where you will be met in order for you to hand over your vehicle. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) 4 working days in advance by phone.

Appointments can be made by phone: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 7 days a week. In case of emergency, you can reach us 24 hours a day at the same phone numbers.

Attention: Appointments can be made by telephone or e-mail and vehicle returns are handled seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

How to get there for the drop-off (Heathrow airport only): By car: Approaching Junction 4 of the M 4 (HeathrowTerminals 1, 2 and 3) from either eastbound or westbound, turn north i.e: towards Uxbridge / A 408 keeping in far left lane for “all other routes”.This junction is considerably complex and should be approached with caution. Generally, drivers should get into the far left-hand lane as soon as possible and head directly for the road between the Crowne Plaza and the Novotel, clearly sign-posted West Drayton - Cherry Lane. Continue on Cherry Lane, which becomes Sipson Road as you pass through a set of pedestrian lights on a right hand bend, drive on until you reach another set of pedestrian lights closely followed by a set of traffic lights with a public house “The Fox and Pheasant” on your right hand side.Drive straight on and through a left hand bend and continue straight on – Station Road, this road takes you throughWest Drayton where you pass local shops, you will come to a dip in the road where you drive under a bridge, immediately after this bridge turn left into Tavistock Road, then immediately turn left into the slip road.This will lead you to a security barrier where you will be let through, continue over the railway track until you reach our compound.
