Pick-up: After collecting your luggage, contact PORTO PARIS LDA on 800 206 852 (toll-free number) from a public telephone located in the “Arrivals” Hall. After you call, the Peugeot Open Europe representative will come to greet you and will accompany you in a shuttle bus to the pick-up center. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Drop-off: The information, procedures and formalities required will be provided by telephone when you make the appointment. Drop-off office: Porto Paris LDA, Rua C, edificio 125, piso 1, sala 2, Lisbon Airport (facing gas station). When you return to the airport in the courtesy shuttle bus, you will be taken as close as possible to the “Departures” area. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends, public holidays and December 24 and 31.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Lisbon airport are handled seven days a week from 5 a.m. to midnight, including weekends and public holidays*, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with PORTO PARIS LDA. No pick-up or drop-off between midnight and 5 a.m. *No pick-up or drop-off on: 01/01; 24/12; 25/12; 31/12.

How to get there for the drop-off: By car: From Rossio: avenida da Liberdade, avenida da Républica, 2° circular. By bus: From Cais do Sodré : bus n° 44. From Rossio: Aero Bus, bus n° 44, bus n° 45.
