Pick-up: You can only pick up vour vehicle on the French side! Go out the French side exit and go to the “ACCUEIL FRANCE” (French reception) counter. WARNING: a visa for France is necessary for nationals from all countries for which France requires a visa. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Drop-off: Park the vehicle in the French side carpark and then go to the “ACCUEIL FRANCE” (French reception) counter. You can only drop-off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: WARNING: a visa for France is necessary for nationals from all countries for which France requires a visa. Pick-ups and drop-offs at Geneva airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance. Geneva airport (French side) closes its doors at 10 p.m. NB:To use Swiss highways, it is compulsory to buy a pass. On pick-up or drop-off when coming through the French side of the airport, you are not obliged to buy this pass if you are not using Swiss highways.

How to get there: By car: from Geneva: take the Ferney road, cross into France and then follow the customs road that leads to the air terminal on the French sector side. By bus: From Geneva town center: bus n° 10. From UN: bus n° 18. By train: from Geneva-Cornavin railway station: train SBB/CFF/FFS.

Pick-up: Geneva / Ferney-Voltaire center, SOGECAR. Check the opening hours and the days the office is closed. Pick-up office: Sogecar, ZA Les Maladières, rue de Perruet, 01210 Ornex.
