Pick-up: When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, contact MDS / Frankfurt using the toll-free number 0 800 664 5617 from an airport public phone.You will be picked up by a minibus and driven to the MDS / Frankfurt reception center to pick up your vehicle (10 km).The local agent will wait for you for a maximum of one hour after the actual flight arrival time and 30 minutes after the agreed meeting time. In case of a change in flight or meeting time, it is mandatory to contact the local agent so that you will be picked-up.

Drop-off: Make an appointment by phone 72 hours in advance at 0692 5738 565 from inside Germany (+49 692 5738 5652 from outside Germany) to drop off your vehicle at the Holiday Inn hotel (special rates for night of drop-off). MDS / Frankfurt, Holiday Inn Express, Langener Str. 200, 64546 Mörfelden A shuttle will drive you back to the airport Departure Areas.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Frankfurt airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance with MDS / Frankfurt.

How to get there for the drop-off: By car: Southbound (Frankfurt): take the B 42/B 44 toward Wiesbaden-Basel, then highway A 3/E 42. Exit at exit 50 Basel-Frankfurt, and take highway A 5/E 451 for 7.5 km. Exit at exit 24 Langen-Morfelden and take the B 486 for 700 m.
Northbound: take highway A 5/E 451, exit at exit 24 Langen-Morfelden and take B 486 for 700 m.
