A toll-free telephone at the counter is provided for your use.After calling, you will be looked after by aWALON FRANCE representative. You can only pick up your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance. Pick-ups can be arranged 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays (except 25/12/08 and 01/01/09).

Drop-off: YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT DROP OFF YOUR VEHICLE.
Use the courtesy telephone at theWalon France counter.Drop-off office:Walon France counter, EastTerminal Car Ferry or Hoverport, 62100 Calais. Follow the signs forTerminal Est Car Ferry ParkingVisiteurs. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance. Drop-offs can be arranged 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays (except 25/12/08 and 01/01/09).A representative will be waiting for you at the arranged time.The representative will wait for 30 minutes maximum beyond this time.

Opening hours and telephone service: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone on Sundays, or public holidays.
