Pick-up: Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Go to the “Car Rental” area in the “Arrivées” (Arrivals) area, then find the READY SERVICE window at the EUROPCAR counter. NB: the pick-up and drop-off times are subject to change on public holidays. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Drop-off: Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays: 8 a.m. to 21 p.m. Sundays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.When you arrive at the airport, keep to the left and follow the “Car Rental Park” signs (1st on the left after the bridge). Enter the “Car Rental Park” and leave the vehicle in a EUROPCAR parking place. Go to the EUROPCAR office in the carpark. NB: the pick-up and drop-off times are subject to change on public holidays. You can only drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Brussels airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with the EUROPCAR agency.
