Pick-up: Upon the arrival of the flight, the Peugeot Open Europe representative will be waiting for you with a Peugeot Open Europe sign (once you have gone through Customs). For appointments without flight details, the representative will wait for the client in terminal B, in front of Botero’s statue. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details (from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) or based on an appointment (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) confirmed 4 working days in advance. Should you change your flight, you must inform PAX INTERNATIONAL by calling 609 330 957 from Spain (on +34 609 330 957 outside of Spain).

Drop-off: The information, procedures and formalities required will be provided by telephone when you make the appointment. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) 4 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.
