Pick-up: When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, contact MDS / Avignon using the toll-free number 0 800 736 954 from a train station public phone.You will be picked up by a minibus and driven to the MDS / Avignon reception center to pick up your vehicle (8 km). You can only pick up your vehicle based on an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance. Should there be a change while you are traveling, you must inform MDS / Avignon by calling 04 26 07 74 54 from France (+33 4 26 07 74 54 outside of France).

Drop-off: You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed by telephone 4 working days in advance at 04 26 07 74 54 in France (+33 4 26 07 74 54 outside of France). MDS / Avignon, Shell Service Station, 16, boulevard Saint-Michel, 84000 Avignon. The shuttle will take you back to the train station.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Avignon railway station are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with MDS / Avignon. Call 04 26 07 74 54 from France (+33 4 26 07 74 54 outside of France).

How to get there for the drop-off: follow the “Centre Ville” signs and drive along the ramparts.The MDS / Avignon reception center is located 400 m from the Avignon train station in the city center. (Important: this is not the TGV train station located outside the city center).
