Pick-up: When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, using a public phone, contact MDS / Amsterdam by dialing the toll-free number 0 800 949 4643. You will be picked up by the “Crowne Plaza Hotel” shuttle (situated at the HOTEL SHUTTLE A9-13 stop) and driven to the MDS / Amsterdam reception center to pick up your vehicle (4 km). You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance. Should you change flights, you must warn MDS / Amsterdam.

Drop-off: Make an appointment by phone 72 hours in advance at 0208 903 846 from inside the Netherlands (+31 208 903 846 outside of Holland). When you return to the airport in the shuttle bus, you will be taken as close as possible to the Departures area. MDS / Amsterdam – Crowne Plaza Hotel – Planeetbaan 2, Hoofddorp – Amsterdam, 2132 HZ Netherlands. You can only drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Amsterdam airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance with MDS / Amsterdam.
